and sponser me!

Ok, small pointer to start off, I'm TERRIFIED of hieghts, Its my biggest fear (that ive found out so far, others include floors i can see thru like piers and outdoor stairs, sharks, dark water and car journeys make me feel pretty sick too!!! but anyway.....) Ive never been in a plane, the furthest ive been abroad is Paris coz i could get there on a train! And i get quite ill climbing a ladder to pull leaves outta my mums guttering when they block so........................

Im doing a parachute jump for charity :eyewobble :clap :clap :drinkup :headshoot

Its for Stronbones childrens charity, they help kids and their familys when the children suffer from bone diseases such as Brittle Bones and Scoliosis. I need to raise £375 by 17th May and I've got £45 from my fellow managers and a few quid in change from the waitresses tips, but clearly i need some serious support.

Whats gonna happen is.... I get a 30 minute training session on how to jump (close my eyes and ask someone to push me??) and how to land (thats not the scarey part, broked bones i can deal with, the land coming towards me at up to 150 mph is not so good!) then i get strapped to a proffesional jumper (i hope he's young and fit! Means i'll try harder not to scream as much! lol) and taken in a plane to 12000 feet!

Im getting nerves just typing this

Then its simple from there, i jump, i close my eyes, bite my tongue and wait for him to pull the parachute! Except i wont be able to shut my eyes coz i'll have a morbid facination at watching the floor get closer, there will be a camaraman jumping with me to catch "the precious moment" on tape and depending on when the jump is, some staff are coming to spectate!

Please please sponser me, Im nervous as hell but i really wanna do this, and i promise some clips or pics of me mid fall if you guys help me out! Will be hopefully at the white heart next week with a sponsership form so sponsers would be very very welcome. :reading
And any offers of someone to 'help' me jump wud be great too, just need a little push, im sure some of you would love to push me outta a plane at 12,000 feet!

not trying to be harsh but everyone has causes that they try to support wherever possible and not everyone has enough money to support everyone. people do what they can in most cases.

I completely understand that and im not expecting everyone to be able to help, i just put this in here for info, incase anyone had a spare fiver or something, im really not expecting a massive response. :grin2

Also people, i can do paypal requests if you want, till my front callipers arrive im not 100% i can make it to the pub, so if anyone wants to help out that way, pm me your email addy and how much, as 'Tesco's' say "every little helps" lol

i understnd too. but the fact that that post i wrote, and the one that webtone wrote were completely ignored. even if someone had said good luck on running almost half a marathon would have been nice.

ill gladly support most charities though. but i can never give much, unfortunately.
