As you all know by now, I had a coming together with a jag on a roundabout.
Any way, my hand made leathers from Harpers split on the seam,:mad:which I was not happy about, so down to Harpers I go this morning with suit in hand to see what they can do.:wave

I had already phoned to make sure that Phil was there. Walk in and ask to speak to Phil , why is the question , not happy with the suit I brought from here etc etc, as I’m explaining I see Phil walk upstairs, the fellow then says I’ll see if he is in , couple seconds later he comes back and says. He is not here not been here at all this morning, strange I said as I have just seen him walk upstairs, you sure, oh yes I say.:rockon:p
Off he goes again, oh sorry he is in.
I get to see him, ask what is wrong, show him the suit and explain what happened,
Oh, you slid and worn the two rows stitching, which I hadn’t, I said ok you show me the second row of stitching. Guess what he couldn’t. After a bit of banter betweens us, he says ok I will stitch it up for you, he also going to redo the rest of the suit too, FREE of charge,
So it pays to stick by your guns. :skip:skip:cool:

they messed me around over the stitching on my knox backpack coming away, after speaking to knox direct about it possibly being a faulty design (to which they agreed) they told me to go and get a replacement from Harpers, Harpers refused point blank and put it down to wear and tear by trying to make out my helmet had worn the stitching away! :D

I mean have you ever seen anyone wearing a helmet on their arse???? :D

Quite happy to take your money but not particularly good when it comes to customer service ;)
