jetting on tzr 50

i have tzr 50.
it goes 60mph
has full arrow exhaust,mallossi performance reeds and a 14 tooth front sprocket
im pretty certain i have to upjet it??
if i buy a 21mm dellorto carb will i need to upjet it or are they all ready upjetted??
how much difference will a bigger carb make??
please help as i need to know asap...
