Riding to work this morning (GSXR 1000 K2) looked down and the digital speedo was not going up as it should, everything else works on the clocks, but the numbers go up wrong...ie; at about 50 mph it said about 10mph......help!!

welcome to the forum, i don't know asking for help before even introducing yourself! :D ;)
was it raining this morning when you went to work, had the bike sat out over night or in the rain? it could very likely be water ingress thats causing it :)

so when you get pulled and the cop says you were doing 150 you can say ''sorry officer, my clock said i was doing 30''

I have a problem where my Speedo cuts out intermittedly. The lights stay on but the speed, temp and rev counter die. I ride a K1 GSXR. Any help appreciated. I have ridden in the rain and suspect this is the route of the problem but any pointers?
and they recon Italian electrics are problematic ;)
I think the problem lies in the fact it's a Suzuki :laugh1
