Power Valve Instilation Problem 1

Hey guys installing my powervalves at the moment to my TZR and well just hit a problem im taking off the pully housing unit from another engine and well once we popped the cap off this is what we found!!!

Yes Plaster Bloody Bodging Machanics!! i hate em we are now attempting to de-plaster it and see how it goes from there!

managed to de-plaster it!! installed the powervalves but i need a seal for the powervalve any idea's where i can get 1 before sunday!! as the bike runs faster more accelration and can go through all the gears now but it runs a bit jumpy it will now and again kind of begin to jump if you all know what i mean?>
