A few of the EB bods may well be aware that I used to be a rather hefty 15 1/2 stone porker a few years ago:jumping2 .....and I keep being asked to post some photos.

I have to say I burnt, shreaded and destroyed just about all of them as part of my new thin person therapy...lolol...but I had a clearout today and came across two pearlers.....Ive put an after shot on as well.

My advice to those overweight.....buy smaller plates, stop stuffing your face (no such thing as big bones and all that old bollo$$s) do some exercise and laugh as much as possible and dont give up....it can be done!..:rockon :laugh1 :rockon

excersize and lack of eating really works, those who have known me for a while know i got really....REALLY skinny a year or so back, but unfortunatly when you stop these things the weight piles back on very quickly! well done to you though....what an acheivment!
