It's the first Arai I've had and i must say I'm very pleased with it. Fits lovely. My last lid was a shoei and now that feels like a box on my hed, tbh i don't think that ever fitted perfect. This time i got the bloke to messure me barnet, usually i decide for myself, thats probably why none of my lids have ever felt right:grin2 :grin2 Anyway thumbs up for Arai:grin2

This will make you chuckle,
I got the lid on saturday and on the sunday I had to pop back to gericke's to change my girlfriends jacket. I go in and the shops quite packed and everyones hovering round the counter. So i bowl in given it charlie big bananas "Look at me I got a tuono"http://www.essexbikers.co.uk/forum/images/icons/icon12.gif got up to the till, placed me new lid on the counter right infront of me "look at me I've got a new Lidhttp://www.essexbikers.co.uk/forum/images/icons/icon12.gif" when before i can even speak this bloke( a customer) at the other end of the counter shouts down to me "is that your lid mate" I said "yes got it yesterday".
Then he shouts "your've still got the yellow film on your pinlock"
"HAVE I"
Then he came over and asked who put it in. I said me, then he told me it was back to front as well. Teach me to read instructions. I then shrunk to about an inch and buggered off:grin2

Tis indeed a nice looking lid, just wish i had the reet shaped heed to fit a Shoei as they do make some nice looking lids :(
A wouldnt worry about your little faux pas, whilst you were doing that i was inadvertantly connecting a jump start pack to a battery, without looking to see that i had connected black to red and red to black :D

It was the ladies pointing out your error that really made the moment, I thought I was very restrained. ;)

Actually they thought i had blown the pack, when in truth i had connected the pack in series so all's it did was discharge itself completely, 1 dead jump pack as the battery is a cheap and nasty one anyway ;) :D
But yes thats yapping for you i suppose :D

Yes Karl, I thought you were really restrained, just stood there hand over mouth giggling, but Sir Lateshift actually admitting to the forum the fact that us girlies had pointed out your error, well what can I say, :grin2 my admiration for you just grows stronger :clap :clap :clap god knows, there's not many men are man enough to do that :laugh1

Yes I agree with Auroredj on that point it takes a real man to admit a faux pas like that one......but then I managed to shut the garage door on my head Sunday and in the last 5 minutes forget I'd left a loaf of bread in the microwave which Ive just managed to nuke (as I used the timer!) and I now have hot bread and melted plastic delight for my tea....bbbboooolllllaaaccckkkksss....lolol:laugh1 :clap :laugh1
