Hey all,
Its been a long time since i posted so i thought i post on this, and dan had a go at me for not being in here for a while. Just wounderin when Tark is at snetterton as i live in king's lynn which isnt a million miles away from snetterton and im way overdue for sum track viewing..!!

one problem is that i have never been to snet b4 so dont expect me to win!!

u'll love it... watch out for russel's cicane on the begining of the start/fin straight.... u enter it pretty quick, a short spurt after commin round coram then and its there. Lots of ppl lose the back end on the exit of russel's so watch out ;) Oh yeah, the gravel trap is deep there, so try not to find out for yourself!!

its near norwich...closer to thetford tho. But norwich is the closet city. Try http://www.octagonmotorsports.com/ Just hit snetterton at the top, that should help.

I have never been there and dont know what its like. Have seen a diagram of the track and dont like the look of revit straight! gonna have to change my gearing!!
Didn'y know they had a Dunlop bridge. Thought that was only Donington?
Dan can I be moderator in here so i can organise this lot? Thios isn't about a members pic and should be moved to meetings. :lol: :wink:

well the last time i was there the bridge had a dunlop thing on it..fews year back but still.. Where bouts u live then mark??

i would love to go to the TT but its a hell of a long way and a ferry ride etc then you gotta stop over n stuff
have to think bout it tho.....

No i haven't been to the TT but might do one day when i pass my test.

no. its on for 2 weeks. week 1 = practice, week 2 = racing. racing is every other day though, and only lasts a few hours, so u ride to where ur going to spectate from, then sit there watching (the roads get closed so u cant go anywhere... hence places like creg ny bar are popular) until the roads re open.
and it is excellent!

im at snetterton next weekend for both saturday and sunday. last time i went there was a trackday 3 years ago and i binned it on the 3rd lap!! always swore i'd return and make an impression (in the tarmac!). Hopefully, engine will be sorted out (again) as im doing it tonight so will be ready for some action!!!
Yamaha Past Masters (tzr's) and the rookie400's sharing the grid, so they'll leave us for dead when the lights go green, we'll go round them all at the first corner! should be interesting!

I dont know which thread people are reading in regards to the trip to cheer Mark on at Snetterton - but will someone please tell me when you lot are planning to go?!
Also if i need to book a B&B or if we are camping so i can sort out if im gonna have space to offer a pillion?
I'm used to taking pillions - but need to know whether i can pack my bike up with tent etc - or leave room for a rider in need?!

Right!! Can Go to snettaton! need to know prices? and need to know where TT liveS??
as gonna fix up one of my many TZR's (the one with the tuned engine) add an Official! YPVS not off an RD350 and then add the allspeed exhuast then i should be flying! then on the day i can ride down to meet TT then ride up with her! to Snettaton! so need to know where you live TT and if your up for meeting me!? oh and Dan Tark need to know prices mateys!

Ive just booked my place on the ferry to the Isle of Mann TT for June 2004! - I'm going with a friend of mine for a girls week away!!!! yippee! lol
Getting our tents and sleeping stuff taken out there for us by her nephew as he is going in a van - so that leaves room on the back of me bike for her! - she rides a trike - but will be much easier just taking one bike and two ladies ready to party!!!!!
Not that i should admit how ancient i am in here! lol - but i will be 40 on the 1st June next year and will be setting sail on the 4th! so am i ever gonna have an excuse to celebrate!?!?! - God! i'm gonna need another week off when i get back to recover! hehehe
