Firstly I would like to ask the webmaster (Dan) if he would be so kind as to up the pixel size of pictures you can upload.

I am asking this because all of my scanned photographs are just a little too big to upload and I am not going to re-size them all just to upload here. Plus Spider had a bigger upload size! 1024 x 768 would be greate. This way no-one can take the p*ss but i will be able to upload with ease.


Second thing is whats the point of having a web site section that says

"Suggestions, Announcements and Comments regarding the website"

if only the Moderator Dan can post in?? :roll:

i can tell you y he has the website! is set for him only is because on the front page portal! it has the announcemnets and you need to keep a forum open for that and as he wont want random posts on his front page he has locked it to only him same as on my site with the forum under Announcements! is locked so i only can add to it!

I get ya. He should meake another section then! He can still up the picture size when he gets back though!!

Its locked because the posts in there are shown on the main page of the site. I've been planning to add an OI ADMIN! forum - in here, you can request what you want.

Avatar problem is now fixed. Avatar size is restricted to 160w x 110h

With regards to allowing users to upload images at 1024x768, no one can do this... the reason being the pictures wont fit on the screen, and it'll look ****e. Everyone will have to scroll left, up and down to view the picture.

I had to resize all my pictures... 800x600 is still pretty huge.

How come Spiders site can do it then? My picturers on there dont seem to be too big. Most of my pictures are only just too big like 807x513! Its a bugger!

which one of yours on his site is that big? I just looked, and they all seem to be pretty small.

I'll up it to whatever you need it to be mate... as long as its not 1024x768 ;)

Like I said most of mine are only a midge over. 900x700 would be fine if that makes sense? Or what ever aspect ratio you want to use! You know what i mean right?? :?
