This link will allow you to copy the URL to flash embedded video sites like google, you tube etc and then downloads it to your PC as an FLV file, you just need an FLV (Flash Video) player, or software that will convert it from FLV to wmv/avi/mpeg etc etc ;)

just find the link to the video you want to leech and copy it into the bar, and then right click the download button that appears :)
