Starter motor..GSXR

Does anyone know if the starter motor for a GSXR K series (mines the 1000 K2) are the same through the range?...cheers

I know that the K1/K2/K3/K4 are all the same, not sure if they changed it for the K5 though.

The part number for the starter motor that fits all them is 31100-40F00

The 600's and the 750's are a different starter to the 1000 too ;)

My starter was doomed in the end, but i put a borrowed one from a friends 750 and it works....so they do fit!!....cheers
