they are up military road, colchester....
they are yamaha dealers i believe.....have never heard a bad word about them. ask Harrie as she problly would know as from up that way.

havent had or heard any problems with them ,were very help full when I was changing my gloves , opened any packet that I wanted to try on

have heard a couple but no worse than anywhere else. they're not particularly quick on the service front but they are quite friendly. James at Gericke's knows them quite well i think, maybe ask him?

i think sally might have had a bad experience though but i could just be remembering wrong!

I've always found them really helpfull. Nice, family owned firm with a decent workshop
