what time to leave for brands on sunday????

what time's good to leave for brands on sunday from chelmsford if the weather's crap and it end's up being a car trip? (hopefully it wont be cos really fancy the ride down!!!) reckon 6am is too late??

it absolutely poured it down today. i did 3 hours of drill in Aldershot today and was dripping. couldnt even wear my gortex.

on the way home i went past brands and the weather was aweful. i felt so sorry for the bikers i was riding along, and the traffic was bad.
