Does anyone have the copy of MCN, or the letter itself that you can send to the Chief Constubale to get out of NIPs?

That loophole turned out to be a crock of s**t Sam, the only loophole currently being investigated is the one by the European Court of Human Rights that is upholding a case by 2 people that are fighting the UK courts.

Basically in the UK there is a law that states that you cannot implicate yourself or others in a crime, a NIP states that you must supply a drivers name etc thus incriminating yourself or someone else (or somewhere along those lines).

At present, the best defence (unless its a camera that has taken the picture of your face, seems to be the one regarding vehicle cloning, in so much as if you can prove you were somewhere else and so was the vehicle there is reason to suspect that someone somewhere is using your registration plate to avoid prosecution etc ;)
