its free i do it to waste time though it can take some time a hour or two per pic so be patient and yes mr e i will finish your pic

though it can take some time a hour or two per pic

a quick method in photoshop

filter -> smart blur (edge only)
image -> adjustments -> invert
filter -> artistic -> cutout

Ah, but that wont give the graduated brush strokes which he uses, which in my opinion is a very nice technique.

i draw out every key line using a wapcom tablet then go over it with different brusehes
