View Full Version : Need Help and Info on a Yamaha TzrR

Hey Guys ,
Im new to the forum, im livin in Sri-Lanka.Please help me out on this prob, cauz therez no other place where i can expect some help !!

Im Planin 2 buy a Yamaha TzRR. I dont know much info about the bike.. Since its so rare in my country,(only 5 0r 6 Bikes)
This is the only site i found wit some info about this bike..

The pics below shows the bike im planin 2 buy..
Currently it needs a new set of tires, + a new Paint job, which i will hav 2 do when i get it.

There r only about 5 or 6 TzrR's in sri-lanka, and i havent seen another one except this on the roads or anywhere..

Most of my friends do not reccomend gettin this bike...

All i wanna know is , what are the Pro's n Con's in this bike ??
If a repair comes up, will it be so expensive ??
What are the most common faults, and is it a good idea 2 go for this bike ??

welll i dont know much about the bike in particular but the first thing i look at when looking for bike is the milage, what is the milage on the clock??
also have you seen it running or dont you know if its starts?

Milage is 8000+ something, Last time i checked.
The bike is runin smoothly , i started it last week....

mmmm anythin else ?

well ifits got low milage and starts and runs fine i dont see why not!, looks a bit tatty but nothing a new paint job couldnt sort out:grin2 .... also is the price reasonable???

Yeah , The Price is so damn reasonable , Thats why im after this Bike..
I jus wanted 2 know whether its a good idea..

cauz i dont know whether this will start giving too much trouble ...
