You don't expect this sort of thing when you're a slightly past 20 yr old racer especially when EDIasia are already responsible for keeping me on the track.

Most excellent, you lucky bugger. Two different race classes, you are going to be a busy boy!
Looks like you need to update your website now ;)

No there's only half a screw left now.
I broke the bottom screw (took nine months off work as nine weeks) and the head used to pop out and hook my sock exiting Druids so I had that whipped out. he pin was meant to be permanent but I had that out last October so there's just the other end of the bottom screw left in there.
I just got a CD of all my x-rays from the hospital a while back funnily enough because as th ecollar bone I shattered healed up in record tim eBrian Simpson is going to use it on his website so while I was at it got them all.
Surprised can ge tou tof bed let alone lug steel around all day and race bikes. :grin2
Dead good this racing malarky. Never broke a bone on the road in 27 years. (touch wood an all that.)
Isn't this gonna be weird? You probably couldn't have got two different bikes if you tried :laugh1

It'll be interesting for my team mate Shaun too. I've offered him the ride at the meetings where the Powerbikes aren't racing.
A 6ft 2" beenpole getting off a GSXR 1000 onto a minitwin set up for a 5 ft nothing bloke should be entertaining for him. :grin2
Oooh no slipper clutch. Pick that back wheel up on the brakes.:grin2
Mind at least hwe won't be doing it in the same day.

John has just asked me to only do the belly pan to keep my costs down. I'll see when I get it Sunday but with the spare time I have (none) i don't really want to get involved in spraying the tank and everything at this late stage.
Phil,
You need to either post a link to the races your doing this year or list them on here I'm sure lots of people will want to come and support you. Oh and take the pi55 out of your leathers :laugh1

All the dates in black are SB 400 rounds and are deffinite unless I have a concussion ban or I physically can't get on the bike. From the April Snetterton meet (my sponsor's first visit) I'll be doing Mini twins as well as 400s at most meets.
The ones in red are stand alone MRO Minitwin rounds that I also intend to do do but are not 100% definite.
The dates are just the Saturdays but all the meets are Saturday and Sunday events. If paddock rumours are to be believed and the various people coming back into 400s plus a couple of other class front runners actually do so then the SB races are going to be extremely close with anybody in the top 15 capable of winning and well worth watching. It should be like 2005 where we had 12 different race winners. Very rare in most classes.
Unlike last year when I was ill all season, this year in SB 400 we will be giving it the serious berries.
The Minitwins is more for a laugh but will largely depend on how I get on with it this Sunday afternoon at Brands.
Perilous Polden, coming to a gravel trap near you.:grin2
