A customer at work phoned me the other week and told me he had 2 bikes in that will be sold off at auction - I cant really go into why cos if this happens, he's doing me a massive favour that he probably shouldnt.... but basically if i want one, i'll be paying quite a few thousand put less that their retail value.

anyway, he knows nothing about bikes - he just said ones a CBR (his actual words were "ones a CBR or somthing like that... its a honda anyway" lol) anyway, he said he didnt know what the other one was, but that they were both 600's. I thought rahh!

Went and saw them today, they are both 02 plates - one is indeed a CBR, but its a tourer style. Cant remember what CBR it is, but heres a photo. Sorry about the quality, dont know why they all came out so bad - think the lens was all steamed up.

...anyway, not my type of bike so i check out the other one. Big prilly logo up the side i thort woo, this looks more like it! Its an RSV (600?), gotta look it up a bit more on the net, pro's and con's to them as i know jack nowt about Aprilias - but it looks the tits!

anyway, I would love any feedback from anyone who knows about aprilias, and i'll keep you updated as to if im gonna get it or not. May possibly mean my NC30 goes up for sale, but many tears will be involved there :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: lol

What is that CBR all about? Never seen one like that before!

ok, from what i can find, the RSV MILLE is a 1000 - thats too powerful for me i think...... :?

The CBR is an 1100cc Super Blackbird :shock:

Wouldn't mind getting me mitts on a RSV though :twisted:

lol...i've since noticed my mistake....that bad boy has twin pipes!! No 6 has twin pipes like that.. does it?

lol ok then dan i rekon ur choice is gotta be the RSV and this coming fromsum1 who h8s prillia's! maybe a bit more powerfull than your used to but hell ull get used to it just take it slow untill you used to the handling! and if you get em cheap all the better! specially if you dnt like it cause u can sell it! cnt ya!

I cant get a 1000cc bike - and even if i did, the insurance would be so high...

... so unfair....
