View Full Version : Tyre Fitters..........
I have finally got all my parts for my project bike back from the powder coaters including the wheels. I need to have some tyres removed from some other wheels I have and have them fitted on the new wheels. I will also need them balanced.
Any recomendations? I need someone who will not bugger up the paint on the wheels (i've had to wait 2 months for them)
Cheers

When my lovely SHINY silver and orange WITH sparkles :D came back from the powder coater I took them to Redline Motorcycles on the Airborne Ind Estate on the A127 (rang them first to explain the situation) and sweetly expressed the importance of them handling my wheels with extreme care, they came back with no problems at all.
However, if you know of a garage that can fit tyres, where they actually know who you are (Graham at Redline knew me so I felt comfortable in the knowledge they would do what they could not to scratch the paintwork), then that is most certainly your best bet. They also put the new bearings in for me etc.
