if anyone finds any lovely pictures of the gorgeous white and silver paint job that Biaggi's GSXR1000 sported on his first test at Magny Cours in October, please would they be kind enough to post them here?

there are a couple in PB and a couple on the WSBK site but havent found many others!

thank you xxx

do you like it? does the fact that it's Biaggi put you off?

if you don't like the paint job, feel free to be honest but not too vicious because i will get upset and chuck my toys out of the pram ;)

He made a good job of that!!!! (heal soon)

Colourwise I dont think the pictures do it justice , and how good would that look with matching leathers and lid!

In my opinion its a big improvement on the usual blue/white (but I do like the blue/white colour scheme)

omg bigbikefan, you are actually a total star!!!!!

I didn't realise the decals were that easy to get.....

it might mean i can get it done a bit cheaper than going to Dream Machine - i emailed them but the right person isn't back til Monday..... i know it would be a whacking great big bill but seeing Shane's paint job you could definitely tell the money was well spent.

hmmmm......lots of thinking for me! my race leathers are going to be black, white and silver anyway :grin2

ps rob, i always wanted the black one but the blue and white has really grown on me now!

if they do it the cheap way i reckon youre looking at about £750 ish

If they do it proper...ie....paint the silver tribal bits youre looking closer to £1000

Depends if you strip it and send the bits away yourself, that being said by the time the postage costs add up it probably wouldve been easier for them to come get it!

Mine was just under £1000...only by about six quid mind, but that included them coming to get it, stripping it, painting it...including the wheels and putting it back together and dropping it back at mine....turn around was about 3 weeks but i caught em on a quiet period!

Its quite a bit of money considering youre running however many bikes and youre racing too!!

Its a lovely scheme but id save the money for more important things if i were you.....like racing!!

Ive sold a load of my collectables and other random crap in a mass clearout......purely for my new snowboard.........its something i swore id never do....but a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do and all that!

Ive even started worrying about my hearing from all the years going to sweaty little hardcore punk shows 4 times a week!!!!

i picked my bike up from parkys last night, I'm very very glad to have him home safe and have really missed him.

still waiting for the middle (blue) bit of the tail unit but they've repaired the crack in the existing one for now.
