Help with Theory and/or practical

im not so much worried about the practical as im doing the training course... but im really worried about the theory PARTICULARLY the hazard perception..

I know this is a cheek but can anyone help me with books, cds, or internet links? ive done the mock tests on the DSA website..:reading

Moneys tight atm or id go to whsmiths and get some myself... i just spent my months wages on this test so you can understand why im desperate to pass it... (unless anyones the examiner.. which in such case..im not completely strapped for cash *Slips 50 quid note*:laugh1 only joking!)

I really need your help, if you cant help with the theory perhaps you can judge my riding sometime and give me some pointers.. im willing to ride anywhere to get some help with this....:reading


Or, if you do have any information or advice im willing to meet at the white hart! Obviously dont go to any trouble on my part, but if you have anything that can help me it will be much appreciated and i promise to return it! :)

phil sold his hazard perception dvds on ebay super cheap, and he was definitley very glad he had them to practice for his theory test. he bought them for £17 or something (can't remember) and sold them for £6 or something....so maybe try ebay!

i remember when he was practising that you seem to get scored badly if you spot the hazard too soon....mental really but there we are.

I may have the cd rom, I'll have a look for it a bit later. I'm out at the mo. If i've still got it your more than welcome to have it. You may need to come to me though as my bikes out of action, nothing wrong with it I've just stripped it to clean it. When I done my test I used this disk, I revised for 5 nights before my test and that was it, I got 100% theory and 80 something % on the hazard perception. When I done the test the questions were near on the same as the ones I'd done on the disc the night before. I'll have a look and let you know mate... Cheers:grin2

Thanks guys for helping.. Fortunately, my dad went out and got me the 'Driving Test Success' ALL TESTS pc dvd rom.. so im going to start revising immediately... i will bear in mind the part about hazard perception (though i think that is strange?):laugh2

The main thing with the hazard perception test is to not press the mouse too many times as this also goes against you. Just pay attention do the practice it offers before hand and it should all be fine mate.

Not sure if this is gonna be of any help,,, but ,,, I had trouble with the theory test,,, I was failing due to seeing the hazards too early (being an experienced driver),,, I guess that could be a trap for you too coz you’ve been riding for a wile,,, the best advice I was given was to click when you see the hazard then wait 2 seconds and click again,,, worked for me!!!
