Madass Speedo

Hello everyone.

I have a Sachs Madass (2004). Unfortunately, Sachs decided to wire up the speedo to a set of watch batteries, instead of the main battery in all pre-06' models.

Is there any way i can wire mine into the battery that anyone knows of?

My distance travelled resets to zero everytime the batteries run out.

I would find the wires then wire it up to the battery cause it wouldnt use power when turned of but would keep the mileage n that i think
