Hello, everybody :lol: !
I'm syko from the East Essex MCC, and i got a link to this site from our club's guest book.
I ride a Honda CB500 having passed my big bike test less than 3 months ago. Prior to that i had a Gillera Coguar 125 that i had for 3 1/2 months and i rode her for over 4,500 miles. I love riding :wink: !

Wow - such a response already! It is very nice to meet you all here in Cyberspace. Would be even better if we were all at a bike rally! How do i get ride of that annoying L plate and get a picture of my bike up there? For those of you wondering about my name, it was given to me when i was about 13 (i'm now 25) by my mates dad because my surname is Sykes. As it turns out, it is very appropriate as i suffer from psychotic bi-polar depression and i kind of loose it if i go a while without sleep (like, 100 hours). But as long as i keep taking the tablets and remember to rest every now and then i should be fine! Hope you are all well, and i look forward to getting to know you and bumping into you at rallys!

As for the L plate, that is your rank. THe more you post, the better that will get. It will be visible even after you upload an avatar.

Yes i was there! I came second in the apple bobbing! I was wearing a white t-shirt that said 'Jeffrey Dahmer - Masterchief'.

I wasn't drinking cos of medication (well, i had a snifter of vodka with Glenn but that was for a good reason).

I had a great time and rode home to Colchester at about 2am.

Are you coming to the fireworks night on Wednesday? Hunt me down and say hello :wink:

Sarah - might be a better idea to go with Spider then if his dad can kindly take ya and bring ya back.

I certainly don't mind riding ya (Oo er) but i am a little twitchy at slow speeds with a pillion so filterin' through traffic could get interesting!

If you get there by other means don't be afraid to ask me for a lift home, though - i can't drink so i could be your designated rider!
