Hi all,

I've had a play around with the site today - nothings changed on the forum, but go to the main site and let me know what you think.

The pages are all taken from the site as it was so I know images & text need replacing, but let me know what you think.

I'll add more over the next few days - chat room, gallery and anything else I, R1-Tez or anyone else come across ;)

Nice one. Again its like the old Index we used to have. The site all looks together now rather than 2 sections with site and forum.

Ok, it seems as though the arcade may have had a negative impact on the site... everyone's in there rather than chatting away on here... where's your self control :laugh1

I'm up for suggestions on what to do. I like the idea of having it here, but maybe I went a bit too over the top. Maybe we should keep it, but just have one/two bike related games only rather than a mass of life ruining games...

Let me know your thoughts. We can always put it to a vote... yeah, i'll do that once I hear what you think about it.

PS - For now, i've turned everything off other than Tetris. Some of the games are not working properly anyway judging from some of the complaints i've had.

I think the arcade is ok, it keeps people online and once the novelty wears off the site will be back to normal.

The only change I would make if possible would be to have access once a certain low post count like 15 had been made, otherwise people will join the site just for the arcade, use bandwith and only post when there is a problem.

I think it's a good idea too, but I went too over the top with it.
I'm going to find a couple of bike games and just put them up there, see if that calms it down. Having 15-20 games like we have now, scoreboards, leaderbords, tournaments.... its too much and I can see why it's lowered the post count.

I disagree.

I think the scoreboards and leaderboards are what made this arcade great! Me being a competitive sort of person. I especially liked the fact that you get a trophy next to your name so that everyone knows who the champ is. Most people won't care but it's fun for the ones that do.
