hi i have a water problem and need help basicly when i add coolant to the tank at back of bike just below the max and start the bike i get constant water running through the overflow pipe until the bottle is empty but the radiator is on the max at all times .
if some one can help me with this problem would be grateful

Have u gone through the proper bleeding process?

It may have a water leak or head gasket may have gone.

Sounds like a presurisation problem

thanks beckyvtr i will go through all the pipe work and pressure test the system if no joy will fit a new head gasket ...many thanks 4 help

i wish it was a simple job but will take time signs are towards the headgasket gone from previous experience with cars just want to make the bike perfect as it is in a1 condition...
