View Full Version : Total Loss
I plan to make my CBR a total loss system for next season.
does anyone know anything about doing this? If i take the rotor off as well as the alternator will this do anything to the ballancing of the crank?
Also what else do I need to take off and what should I keep on?
I am thinking of taking the starter motor off to so you lot will have to bump it for me!!

total loss..... is that like bare minimum stuff on it?
You take the alternator coils off so it doesn't charge you battery an un loads your crank so your engine revs more freely. But if you take the rotor off i think it un balances the crank?
See how there has been 100's of post in the last day but no-one has any technical help??
i dont know why I ask cos I know what i am doing anyway!

Well i took it all off the other day and couldn't undo the rotor anyway so i am leaving it now!
Thanks for all your help guys!
Useless, general chat talking, non technical poster people!! you just carry on chatting about nothing worth knowing boosting your post count. Its ok i will just struggle to get my bike ready on my own whilst you chat about nothing!
