Cant find my book with it on. Try goin to the shop and lookin at the bike mags, they sumtimes have DT books in them! Unless sum1 else has it to hand?
Why do you want one?
The seat is rock hard anyway and fits the shape as the bike and you said you want to get one the same colour as the seat.
From more than a foot away you wont be able to tell the difference.

lol it stops me from taking pillions and makes it look more like a race bike 8) :D
Biker Dude
17-11-2003, 05:22 PM
Yeah...i agree with the pillion bit! But if u wanna go all the way...take ur rear pegs off. It dont take much!
GO ALLLLLL THE WAY. Buy a racing seat for less than what it would cost you for the seat cover. £60 at the most.
Biker Dude
17-11-2003, 07:34 PM
£60 + postage + painting = not worth it!
Well if the seat covers are anything like the price for the bigger bikes then I think it is. For a CBR600 you are looking at £140 plus just for a rear seat cover!!
Simon
19-11-2003, 10:31 AM
yea jamie i was thinking about taking the pillion pegs off but they have a clip which hold the exhaust up which kinda {EB} that idea up.
im just gonna take off the left side one but just knock the pin out of the right one so that i looks like the rest is just holding the exhaust up.
if you dont understand what im going on about dont worry youll see wen u see me bike :D
Biker Dude
20-11-2003, 07:35 PM
Yea, that's what i meant...knock the pins out. Coz the bars are welded on i think.. could be wrong tho. But it would look sweet with just the 1 side on holding the exhaust!
Simon
23-11-2003, 12:47 PM
lol jamie thats wot i thought they arent welded on they are just 2 small bolts i checked :D i mite just undo the left 1 and take it off then knock pin out on the other 1 so that it looks like its meant to be there holding exhaust up........it will look cool :D
Biker Dude
