TZR problem

Hi All,
Ive just bought a 125TZR, F reg, to get me into bikes.
Its abit scruffy but it was cheap so im going to sort it out best i can so its abit more presentable.

Anyway i thought before i strip it id make sure everything works and it runs etc.

Im getting a spark when i put the coil wire against the head, but its only a VERY weak one. Also the connector/cap off the coil wire is missing at the spark plug side, obviously this wont effect just trying to get a good spark.

Any ideas what it could be? Ive yet to get a manual and ive never been too fancy with electronic ignition yet alone been into bikes, but im pretty competent i think.

I was thinking to replace the coil would be a starter and then so ive got a cap to go over the plug. What else? or a process of things to do?

Also the indicators just stay on constantly, they dont flash, is this a relay problem? Theres no light coming on the clocks either.

Theres also no neutral light showing.

And also theres no ignition light, despite the fact its sparking, bad connection? bulb?

And another thing, on the carb theres the fuel inlet at the top and theres another pipe union underneath, think this is on the float chamber?
What pipes go where? to get it going ive put the top one to the bottom of the tank and the one on the float to the pipe thats on the back of the fuel tank near the seat. Is that right?
Also where does the pipe at the back of the tank near the seat route? i didnt realise it was there so when i put fuel in it ****ed all over the back of the bike, seems a silly place for a pipe to me!
