Well good afternoon one and all. I know it has been a while since I last posted on here but need some help( YET AGAIN)!!!! Will be doing my Direct access in the next few weeks and wonderd if anyone can help. Done my CBT with Freedom (Dagenham) a few months ago and now use to riding on the roads. And into central London at that. So no problems with the riding side . I do have a problem with doing all this revision work for the written test. I have called a couple of companies local to me Freedom just put the phone down on me without even saying hello. So they are now out of the window to do the test so that leaves me with Academy Romford who said due to riding for about 8-9 months in and out of London will cos me £400 to do my DAS. Thing is has anyone passed with these guys, are they any good? Called some other places and they want to charge over £600 for me to do DAS.

Anyone else got any places to try that are as cheap as I am not really loaded to fork out over £600 for this.

Thanks in advance Sniff.

You wont find many complaints about the Academy because they do come well recommended, however one of the users on here did have a bit of a to do with them (although there is definitely two sides to the story ;) ).

When all is said and done they have quoted you what they think its going to cost with the amount of experience you have told them about, if you are concerned about it then speak to them, find out what the format for the training is and put your mind at rest.

Having spoken to the director up there recently i dont doubt their professional approach to the training and i am led to believe they also have some damn fine instructors too :)

Dont forget to mention that you got directed there from Essex Bikers as i am sure they will look after you :)
