RS125 GP1, where to start, the bike is an amazing piece of kit, light and easy to throw around......can get you in to trouble though!

I think it has the right balance between handelling and power. It absolutley embarresses the jap stuff like TZRr's and NSRR. The only thing close is the mito, but it only the name that really separates them.

I will start to do weekly updates on AD02 DLY and it's progress as it is now run in!!

Japs are best. Italian rubbish may have the style but japs know how to make reliable sweet bikes. The RS125 looks like a toy bike. So small and plasticy. The TZR looks like a proper bike. And as for the RS being faster than the TZR then you will be suprised. A proper derestricted TZR125R 1993 or newer would give a RS125 a run for its money.

Saying that i do like the RS125 but they are very common and tacky.

Fair play to you though. Not wanting to start an argument.

I don't have any of the NSR,TZR,RS bikes

But sorry the mito would kill a RS they do 115 mph use the same breaks and suspension setup as the much bigger 916 or whatever ... they cost 4k end of story :)

I have sat on both , both being italian bikes the mito felt so much more solid and looks alot better

My TZR would smoke a local Mito off the line and we never got fast enough (100 +) for him to gain up on me.

ive never been on a mito, but i own a tzr and an rs. the fact that im selling my 2001 rsthat cost more than 3 times as much as my 1989 tzr which i am keeping speaks for itself. the rs is a great bike, but the tzr is much better. sounds better, handles better, and is much more comfortable to ride :D (i rode for 7 hours in one go on my tzr, struggled to ride for 1 hour an the rs. too uncomfortable.) i dont mean to offend anyone who prefers the rs, but i think the tzr is the nuts :!:
