Went to advanced editing, tried to insert a pic, and got the message:

Blimey, that was quick :)
I'd posted on the forums about the Laindon police charity run, thought I'd go back and add the pic.
Went into 'Edit', clicked on the 'Insert Image' icon from the advanced editing menu, and a pop up appeared with the error.
I can give it another go if you want?

Nope, works fine for me in IE as well.
Wierd. Can you try it again and see what happens? Try it to one of your replies in this thread.
Cheers,
Dan.

IE7.06000.16473
That's in Vista of course :laugh1
I'll go back to my original post and give it a try...
EDIT:
Cool, does the same thing here. Might be a Vista thing?
Here's a screenshot (as I can't attach one lol)

Error appears as soon as I click on the icon to insert image. Not a big deal, particularly if no-one else is reporting problems. Could just be me :/

Yeah it works fine at work on IE6.0 and XP Pro, i havent tried with IE 7.0 at home on Media Centre though so will try it later, but i reckon you must have fixed it now :)
As i recall it was Tez that first flagged this up as a problem recently, the only way you could actually post a hosted image was to physically type in the URL and stick the image tags in either side of it :)

You running ModSecurityTM on these forums?
No - the only mod is the one for registrations to stop bots.
I'll see if it works for me as I have Vista also
Seems to be ok so it's not Vista :grin2

Your adding an attachment Dal. It's the 'Insert Image' tags that are playing up (the little yellow box with the mountain range in it).
And I'm on Vista and Xp (2 PC's cause I'm posh you see) and I get the error on both computers. Even on this post.

Dan. If you get stuck, email me other a copy of the ieprompt.html file and I'll see if I can code it for vista to see if that helps because it might actually be an IE7 issue as some xp users probably use IE7 !!!
