thats what i was thinking.....some would argue that for £22 why not...but i wouldnt want to risk it coz i bet getting the bike re-programmed or a completely new ECU would cost a heap load more!!!

My thoughts exactly ;)
If it could be done that cheap we wouldnt be paying so much for Power Commanders and other gadgets to produce even less horsepower than that thing claims to do ;)
One little bit that stands out straight away here, given that they are selling a 'preset mapped' ECU chip (which is similar in design to that of the old fabled 'superchip' or piggyback chip that basically came loaded with a map set with a really aggressive fuel profile).
BUT the customer's expectations on performance and horsepower gained by the vehicle with the use of our offered for sale performance products are of the customer’s own concern.
So they only guarantee their customer service and not the product, even though they are the 'exclusive' retailer for it (and even with my inquisitive nature, i could find no reference whatsoever to Nitro X ECU chips anywhere on the internet :D ).
Also, remember that there are other factors that could actually affect the performance of this when fitted to your EFI bike (which is what its for remember, all EFI bikes!), and they could include experience of tuning, and 'Jetting'
hmmm Jetting on an EFI bike, well in theory you could change the injectors for a higher pressure jet but lets be realistic ;)
experience of tuning? well did they not mention that no experience needed to fit this and gain up to 15-20% more horsepower, the more powerful the bike the more gain you will notice (err thats how maths works strangely enough :D )
honestly where do people dream these scams up :D
this is to tuning what a pair of tits are to a fish, completely useless :D
