Well.... Its been a week since the crash. And I still cant walk properly. However, I have been able to work on the bike with the help of some friends. So far I have spent ALOT! And this is where I am at!

So, I have two new side fairings. Which after I bought them relised they were different to the originals. But they look better IMO. I bought an imaculate rear seat unit. I have replaced the left clip on. I have some nice carbon fibre bar ends. I have a brand new front wheel, and yesterday fitted new bearings and dust covers. After having a nice set of sticky pirelli dragon super corsas fitted. Starting to regret that now we seem to be in monsoon season. Then I serviced the front and rear brake units. I have refitted the OEM mirrors and am waiting for another set of the indi units. I have also replaced the left hand rear set.

Still to do: Im waiting on the alternator cover and gasket then ill replace the oil and filter at the same time. I am waiting on a set of matt black levers for the clip ons. A new set of flush fit indicators for the front end and a tail light with incorperated indicators. New matt black exaust hanger. New battery coming next week. Full service. Tax and fully comp insurance.

New leathers on their way and just ordered a new lid. Expencive stuff this crashing buisness!

Looking good mate getting there indeed dont want to go crashing tomany times lol does get expensive

You have radial brakes Jay, just be careful with the aftermarket brake levers, quality dependant they can have a nasty habit of jamming the front brake on ;)

Just make sure that they are releasing properly and be really thorough checking to make sure that they have a full range of movement ;)

im guessing bad machine work/laying paint on to thick, interfering with the gap it needs to sit in, if it moves nice and freely i cant see it being a problem. you get that nut out of your spindle in the end? lol

yer that was a nightmare. Ended up finding a big bar and wacking it out from the other side! When in doubt use a **** of hammer :)
