Lol, about an hour which is an hour more than I usually do :laugh1

Had to move my leathers from being draped over the back of the armchair which is where they pretty much permanently live coz I'm too lazy to take them up & downstairs everyday :grin2

If I get close to asking price I'll even throw in the pringles & maybe even the small child that are in the pic of the living room! :grin3

It's on rightmove with a couple of the agents I've put it on with so will have a look at some of the other sites, cheers.

Thought about it but it'd have to be on 'Sale or return' & they'd bring 'em back! :laugh1

Not yet :(

Only had 3 viewings since it went on market & it's with several estate agents. Was starting to get complex about my house but having spoken to another person who's got hers for sale in the village it turns out she's had even less.

One agent called me yesterday to ask me why I think it's not selling! Eh? Surely I should be asking them that

Luckily the couple who own the house we want are going to take it off the market for us so a) we don't have to worry about losing it & b) there's now one less house for sale in the village so less competition.
