Hi, just wanted to put some thoughts across. After managing to find a decent pic of the new CBR 125R at the following addy... http://www.huntsmotorcycles.co.uk/NewBikes/2007_Honda_CBR125R.htm ...I was a bit disappointed.
It ticks the right boxes in terms of 4-stroke reliability, nifty paint schemes, stepped up pillion seat, Fireblade-style lights and 'ram air' intakes...but why the hell does it have its stupid mirrors on stalks attached to the handlebars!!??
Yes there are many bikes that pull this look off, but if Honda are seriously looking to attract youngsters looking for an overall sporty looking bike, how hard is it to build a stronger sub-frame and attach the mirrors to the front mini-fairing??

This is only my opinion on what I'm sure is an excellent bike...but was wondering if anyone else can see my point!?

Off to sleep now..

Ant

If it bothers you that much, why not just take the mirrors off and stick some nice little carbon universal mirrors on the fairing..??
