If you wanna win a running race pushing an 18 stone sponsor on a trolley round Brands GP it always helps to have a trained army type in yer team.:) (Oh and to cheat a bit.:grin2)

Oi oi, don't take the Mick (boom boom) out of my spanner man (sorry race technician) it was only his steering ability that kept John my sponsor out of A & E.:grin2

The bottle didnt really go off with the bang i expected (Basildon Spumante for you! :D ) and it needed a really good shake to get it going, pretty much like my heart and lungs after we had finished dragging John round on the ambulance stretcher :D

All good fun and for a good cause :)

i dont care how good a cause it is, there is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR SOCKS AND SHORTS TOGETHER :eek:

And how many people do you know that would wear goretex mountain boots without socks then? :D

I think you are getting boots and trainers mixed up and i thought you worked for a fashion house? :D

Now if they had been white socks i could have seen your point ;)

You need glasses! :D they are rolled down as far as they go, thats it you see hiking socks and hiking boots ;)

If i had rolled them down any further i would have looked a tad daft with kankles ;)

Anyway i have seen some of your shoes on the internet, a fine one to talk about fashion! ;) :D


Fortunately them socks saved me from any blisters too!!! :D

I'm sorry but being the man who hears, "for gawd's sake roll yer socks down, yer pheasant legs are bad enough as it is" every time I wear me shorts socks with shorts are compulsory on the Polden tean so I don't look so daft. :grin2 :grin2
