Well I thought it might be an idea to start a thread where we can give our feedback on any films/DVD's we have recently seen.

Mainly because i am sick of buying films only to find out what a load of pants they are :grin2

So heres my first two. :reading

GHOST RIDER - Nicholas Cage

Wasn't too sure of this when I saw it advertised, but being the type of numpty that happens to like Mr.Cage I decided to wait for the DVD to come out and finally got round to watching it over the weekend.

Basically a stunt rider does a deal with the devil and years later the devil comes back to call in the cards.
Some nice effects, a few nice bikes and not a bad story line.

RATING OUT OF 5 (5 being highest)

:clap an under rated 3 (it nearly got a 4)

ICE AGE

Sat down with the kids and watched this (wait for the onslaught of "Oh Yeah thats what you say" comments.)
Another good animated film that seems to be following a trend for heavily hinting about global warming but the one liners come fast and furious and the kids laughed their socks off throughout. Well worth the money the DVD cost.

RATING = 4 :grin3

I really like Ghost Rider, and I was pleasantly suprised...

As for anything at the cinema...well...I would highly recommend ...

Transformers....rofl:grin2

Im an action film fanatic at heart and I loved Transformers as a girlie...Optimus Prime used to take pride of place next to 'My Little Pony', and the Barbie doll with pink hair that I had so lovingly dyed with my pink fibre tip pen....lolol.....it was bloody superb but if you have young boys (Its a 12A) and you take them to see it be warned....the may ask you out loud in the cinema.....'Whats masterbate mean?':laugh1

This derives from a particularly hilarious scene with the leading young man and his parents....but hey I don't wanna spoil it...go see it if you think its your cuppa.....:grin2

NAPOLEON DYNAMITE
PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN (all of em!!!!!!!!!!....again all count as one!))

actually, if i could only ever watch one movie ever again it'd be TRANSFORMERS...theres actually no need to ever go to the cinema again coz nothing will ever be made that's that good ever.......except TRANSFORMERS 2

Yea im pretty certain there making a few more transformers. The film was bloody awesome, you just cant beat the noise they make when transforming haha. It has a good story line, tons of action, lots of comedy and they even chucked in a super hot chick. 10/10

Optimus Prime crushed the last remnants of it right at the end.....or did he!!!!..............Another thing, Starscream didnt actually die..and as anyone knows, hes always wanted to take Megatrons place as leader of the Decepticons. Also, did you notice the sky when Optimus put out the call to other Autobots?......there were at least 2 "things" falling to earth!!
