go for a radial one off a GSXR/Blade or even a ZX6R (basically any of the newer bikes fitted with a radial).

cheaper than a Brembo and will do the job more than well enough to work the standard calipers you have :)

All worth a look, I got one from a 999 for my TL, a thing of beauty it is too.

Well i would assume the standard ZX6R one you have is 14mm which is the same Nissin one on the ZXR400 and countless others.

A common upgrade is to go for the 16mm or 5/8th axial one that is found on other more recent bikes, but the best one is to go for one off a bike with radial brakes.

The action on the master cylinder is more effective and most tend to have a minimum of a 16mm bore anyway :)

The only downside of the Brembo ones (although they are one of the best master cylinder's around) is the price of spares to fix them if you have a spill, at least with the standard radial ones, levers are a lot cheaper.

The Brembo one on that Ebay link i can expect to go for around at least £120, the GSXR one i wouldnt touch at that price as i paid £30 including postage for the master cylinder off a GSXR K4 (it didnt come with the lever or reservoir though).

Standard ZX6R m/c is 5/8.
I pilfered Lenny's for a while to upgrade the 14mm one on the ZXR 400.:grin2
