Hi all,
New female triker saying hello. Just got back my Dragstar 650 Classic after having a conversion done to a trike. Fantastic to ride. I am after a little help.
Can anyone tell me where in the Southend on Sea area can I get the Cruze a Roo alarm I have bought fitted to my trike?
Phone so many bike shops and they wont do work on a trike.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Eastern Cruisers on West Road, I use these for more or less everything with my bike.
Other than that try Bikes and Trikes, they do bike to trike conversions so may be able to help, never used them myself though.
They are on the A127 between the Bell Lights and Tesco roundabout, just after the footbridge.
I recon someone here will be able to help though :)

There is plenty of bike places around, you could try speaking to Bikeworld, Bikes and Trikes, Julian Sopers (there is two workshops round the back of there).
Failing that look for a car alarm engineer in which case you should be able to take it to any auto electrician ;)

its an American one, although it wont be Thatcham approved i imagine, but i can't see you needing a tilt alarm on a trike anyway ;) :)

No,this is not thatchman approved alarm.
Eastern cruisers said it is not a recognised alarm. I think it will be good enough. Trike is garaged at night.
I will try Julian Soapers and if no luck will go to a few car places.
Thanks for all the ideas

If you get stuck, give me a shout and if I have time I'll take a quick look as I'm in southend and for one rewired my R1 when I fightered it and also used to be a plant and powered access engineer (until last year) so have all the gear and some sort of idea (I'd like to think anyway). :grin2

I only wondered if it was a tilt as mine is an American import so if it was the same it could have been copied.

Never heard of them before, just looked them up and found website.
As long as you have the destructions, I can bring my fluke meter round and work the rest out.
I have all the crimps, connectors and heat shrink to do the job, it's just time I'm short of really, but should be able to squeeze you in somewhere.
