Why is it when I go to bike chat and R&G it only shows me the posts from the last 24 hours and not from the last 7 days. Really getting to be a bit annoying now. Is there something in my avtar or user CP that I need to change?????????????

I went in my User CP and selected the settings in there mate

User CP >> Edit Options >> Default Thread Age Cut-Off>> Change From 'Use Forum Default' To However Far Back You Want To View :D:clap
