They aren't tassles! - I was dancing - so my waistcoat was flapping out - The large 'tassley' thing hanging down is in fact a nine foot bull whip coiled up and slung from the side laces of my waistcoat - and the other smaller 'tassley' thing swinging out to the side is my 'handy size' 9 inch cat'o'nine tails whip!!!!!!!!! teehee! told ya there was life in the ol' gal yet! :roll: :wink: :D
