07 Plate Gixxer For Sale

Due to my carpal tunnel playing me up too much now when I'm riding, and the imminent prospect of 2 ops to sort it out, I have regretably decided to sell my gixxer and look at getting something less sporty to get the weight off my hands either now or in the spring.

Some of you know the bike, it has 2003 miles, had first service and is basically standard apart from crash bungs, hugger, tail tidy and meta alarm. I've stuck it on bike trader for £5800.

Bit pricey for time of year Tez i reckon, not knocking it i hope you get what you want for it, but a mate of mine bought a brand spanker for that a couple of weeks ago....(& yes it's a UK one before you ask :grin2)

Good luck with the sale though mate, i'd hang on to it till spring if you can mate & get a better price

Jons right you can pick new unreg ones for that the moment with the new 08 gixxer due out just after xmas , hope you get it though M8 its a nice bike (looks down the crack in the sofa )

Yeah I know. Was looking at biketrader today and seen the prices tumbling. I ain't letting it go for stupid pennies though.

Probably either wait till early next year to re-advertise after the current ad expires or keep it for a quick blast now and then and use the bandit for work and stuff or when me hands are not playing about too much.


Appreciate comments though. I know it's top asking price but hey ! You never know.

yeah can do mate. TBH I'm not desparate to sell it. Would just help make some room if nothing else. I have the Bandit to run about on now (although I can see that becoming a winter project like the R1) and I would still be happy keeping the 600 to play on now and then when I feel like it and the hands are Ok.

I left the asking price at £5700. I know it's high but I'd rather keep it than loose loads of dollar on it.
