Hi,

I'm Richard, I'm 42, married 20years with two kids.
I've always wanted a Bike, but I wouldn't have trusted myself with one when I was young and a bit mad, but with time comes a little mellowing.
So, I took a DAS course in November, passed my test 1st time, 24 November 2003, been out and bought a secondhand bike, its a Honda CBR1000f, picked it up saturday in the rain, & did 70 miles........very carefully :!: did 12 miles sunday, cant wait for another opportunity to get out on it :!:

Hi hun,

Nice to see another rider in here over the age of consent! - lol - only kidding my little ones!

I've only had my licence about 2 1/2 years - but have been around bikes since i was 13.....i'm 39 now!

Nice bike for your first choice - Hondas are pretty much bullet proof - Ride a suzy meself - but use Honda CR250's and CR450's in the stunt show! (but thats another story!)lol

Enjoy the bike and go careful til summer kicks in - then the fun will really start! -

Love TT.xxxx

Come on TT, we've been told from two sources that TT is nothing to do with the Isle of Man, so now is the time for you to open up and tell us where it came from?

You know you really have no option, because if you dont tell, one of the others who knows is going to spill the beans.

So come on tell us, you know it makes sense.

Have just caught up on this thread!!!!! lol - ok ok! here goes nothin'!!!!!!!!!

My dad did in fact give me my nickname - only the full version!!!! - which was............

Thunderthighs!!!!!!!!! lol -

It was when i hit puberty and started sprouting curves! - then when i started dating my first fella - who used to race 125's - my dad called me it in front of him and it stuck until one of the guys at the race track shouted over to me in the garage one day......hey TT - pass me the paddock stand will ya?! - and so TT - the shortened version of my nick - was born - and together with the TT race connection and bikes etc - it has stuck ever since! -

So now you all know - but remember - I growl so be careful when and if you should ever feel tempted to use it in its entirity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

Love TT.xxxx

(P.S. sorry Kas - apparently it was you i swore at this sunday at snetterton when Mark slid off!?! - Hope i'm forgiven?! lol)
