Yeah i have used him as have others, there isnt many better than Paul "Grumpy" Watson when it comes to tuning the nuts out of a bike (bearing in mind he cut his teeth tuning 500bhp drag bikes).

With Paul you get what you pay for without a doubt :)

I have a very good mate who took his Busa there, he managed to set it alight while tuning it, and he badly repaired it. Paul Deaven had to sort it out after, it was dangerous with fuel leaks and bare stripped wiring loom, so i wouldn't recommend him at all. The original guy that used to be there was brilliant and he used to now busa's inside and out. But the guy who bought it used to drag race but he didn't used to tune his own bike!

Gaz,

Isnt Paul Watson there now? he was the bloke that was a pro-drag racer and was well respected for his tuning, in fact the place directly behind Sopers also does drag bikes and knows Paul well and speaks really highly of his tuning?

When i took my ZX9R there he managed to get 144bhp out of that thing and it ran sweet as a nut, and he was nothing but helpful for the whole time i was there even if he did have me making all the sodding coffee :D

Up until recently Darren at McTechnics suspension had all his tuning done there too, until he formed a bit of a link with Phil Seton, when i had my suspension done at his he mentioned about getting the fueling sorted again on the R1 and the 2 places he recommended were Phil Seton and Dynospeed Development :)

I went there a couple of yrs ago. The fella there was called Paul. Nice bloke, He ran my bike up the dyno. I left it wi'him to have a fiddle, but he needed me there to do it proppa cause he wouldnt be able to kick start it. He said as I couldn't be the when he did it, he'd open the carb and see what was what and guess. His guess is obviously more betterer than most folks guess!

I got the bike back running much better, it must make nearly 40hp now!:laugh1

I dont think that this was his idea of work....:o
