I can recommend shed loads but unless you put in your profile where you are located its going to be irrelevant, Turbo Technics in Leeds are good :D
Dynospeed developments in Chigwell
Phil Seton in Colchester (highly recommended by most)
HM racing in Orpington SE London (just off J4 of the M25)
Total Traction in Colchester
Southern Cross in Kilburn, NW London

It depends what you want, and how you define a good Dyno centre.
Do you want a diagnostic dyno to sort out a niggly problem, or a tuning dyno to fit a jet kit and get the best out of it and make power improvement recommendations or just someone to run the bike on the Dyno and give you a printout of what is going on?
There is a place up the road who will do a simple dyno run and printout who are very cheap, called SilvereX Engineering Braintree.
