I presume it's because you pay in advance so if you end the contract say today you still have time in hand what you have paid for.


Dunno, I suppose things differ person to person. I personally find them very good. Now I used to be with Orange, and their customer services were crap. T-mobile and O2 have naff signals where I use my phone and all the other providers pigy back off the 4 main companies so it's a small choice really.
