At least the winner has won something this year, there semed to be a lot of losers in the running!

OK so it wasnt Toseland...but

At least someone won who is a winner and was worthy of the title - Calzaghe - who has been undefeated in 44 fights and been the top of his game for over 10 years.:reading

I thought that was quite apt...:jumping2

i was chuffed to see boxing getting a bit of recognition. JT was also a worthy contender and great to see the bike on there too :clap

however the highlight of it for me was Bobby Robson, so well deserved and he was clearly bowled over. he's looking so frail though :(

Spose calzaghe was a worthy winner but he is welsh and likes sheep.
Was good to see Sir Bobby and old faces from england when they played for the country and not money!
Looked like he had a stroke.
Had some great times watching england with him in charge.
Never won anyting but a good manager for england.:clap

100 % AGREE. this has been our argument at work all week, we seem to celebrate losers in this country then wonder why we never win anything
