Perhaps he means the impending changes to PTW licences for October 2008?

Thought it was kinda obvious what he meant, but seams UKSkidMark has it covered. To be honest, i was wondering too what the changes meant....don't seem to be that significant though!

Im just glad i got my license....Least i haven't got to worry about all that extra stuff...

Well I hope to get mine sorted you in the next five or six weeks. Have to pass first time as I dont wont to go in October to do the new test. Bad enough having to do the theory part let alone the new part.
