I thought about doing something like that for a laugh a while back and it would be really easy to bodge up.

Speaker/s on luggage rack, in seat cowl or fairing, amp under the seat with phono to jack lead comming out the rear or side of the seat. plug that into the mp3 player thats in your pocket and away you go.

You can get waterproof speakers but the wattage would be low.
