hi folks, had to replace the relay on my bike a while back. the alarm wiring had heat shrink sleeving, which I could only replace with tape.
I have now got some sleeving to do the job properly, but don,t know how much heat to apply. Is this a hot airgun job, or something more/less?

a decent hairdrier has always worked for me, at work we always used a heat gun which was pretty much the same :)

As Mick says I always use a heat gun. There pretty cheap and your be surprised how frequently you use it.

Don't the wind blow the flame out all the time though when your riding ??????

Should have carried on using normal indicators !!

I use a heat gun, just make sure that you dont hold it it the same place for long, otherwise you will burn the sleeving
